Unlike developed countries, African countries are faced with numerous challenges when developing technology. However, socio-economic challenges paralyze equal admission to information and communication technology in African nations. The African continent faces persistent challenges such as detrimental malnutrition, endemic and epidemic maladies, incapacitating ignorance, conflicts and poor economies. These countries have to curb the alarming challenges that are ruining the future of technology in Africa. In comparison to the USA, the African countries are less advanced technologically (Choure, 2004).

These countries have advanced technology, and are continually innovating new ideas. Based on the current trend of information technology in India, the country could overcome United States of America in technology. In the near future, India is expected to advance in the sector of information technology. Still, USA government is implementing strategies improving information technology in the country. There is stiff competition among the developed countries in advancing technology. United States of America strives at sustaining its advanced technology.
